| Obverse description | Within a wreath of oak branches bearing acorns, tied at the base, the large numeral '5' occupies the upper field, with the denomination 'REICHS MARK' arranged on two lines in the centre. The mint mark 'J' appears at the bottom of the field, just above the wreath tie. The border is formed by a continuous inner ring of beads. The design is rendered in high relief with fine sculptural detail on the oak leaves and acorns. |
