Guernsey issued multiple metal variants of this crown-sized piece for the Queen's fiftieth anniversary on the throne, with the silver version carrying KM#119b to distinguish it from the base-metal strikes. The jubilee itself marked Elizabeth II surpassing Queen Victoria's record as the longest-reigning British monarch still living at the time — though not yet the longest overall, a threshold she crossed only in 2015.
