Obverse description Right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, after the portrait by Ian Rank-Broadley. The legend ELIZABETH II BAILIWICK OF JERSEY arcs around the upper periphery, with the date 2007 and the engraver's initials IRB positioned below the portrait. The bust is draped and rendered in fine detail consistent with the fourth definitive coinage portrait.

Additional information

Issued to mark the 60th wedding anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip in 2007, this is one of several pieces Jersey released as a multi-coin series documenting the 1947 ceremony. The Diamond Wedding set was a commercially driven commemorative program typical of Jersey's output during this period — the island's currency authority having long relied on royal and historical themes to generate collector revenue rather than circulating demand.

None of these coins entered general circulation in any meaningful volume.
