| Obverse description | Octagonal zinc notgeld token with a beaded border running along the inner periphery of all eight sides. The issuer's legend reads ALLGÄUER BAUMWOLL-SPINN- & WEBEREI VORM. HEINRICH GYR in raised Latin lettering arranged around the circumference, with BLEICHACH appearing at the base. The large numeral '5' occupies the central field within a recessed circular area, denoting the denomination of 5 Pfennig. The design is entirely typographic, devoid of pictorial devices, in the utilitarian style typical of German industrial emergency coinage of the early 1920s. |

| Reverse description | Plain octagonal field with a beaded inner border following all eight sides of the coin. The large numeral '5' is boldly rendered in raised relief at the center of the otherwise unadorned field, serving as the sole design element on this face. The minimalist reverse design is consistent with emergency token coinage produced by German industrial firms during the inflationary period of the early Weimar Republic. |
