Reverse description The large numeral 5 occupies the central field, serving as the denomination indicator. Encircling the numeral is the legend KRIEGSNOTGELD (meaning 'war emergency money'), arranged around the upper half of the coin in bold raised letters. The design is bordered by two concentric rings of beads, mirroring the obverse treatment. Three five-pointed stars are arranged symmetrically at the lower portion of the field — one at bottom center flanked by one at each side — providing decorative punctuation beneath the central numeral.
