| Obverse description | Salmon-pink Notgeld voucher with a uniform leaf-pattern guilloche underprint across the field, framed by a double-rule border with a dotted outer edge. The denomination numeral "5" appears in large bold type at left and right, each accompanied by the word "Pfennige" below, while a circular embossed municipality seal — bearing a vignette of a gateway arch flanked by two trees and the legend "Gemeinde-Vorstand zu Triebes Reuss j. L." — is applied at top centre. Central text in letterpress sets out the voucher title "Gutschein über fünf Pfennige", the place and date "Triebes, R. j. L., 1.
