Reverse description The aluminium-bronze centre presents a forward-facing portrait bust of Venustiano Carranza, the Mexican revolutionary leader and statesman, depicted with his characteristic full beard and spectacles. To the upper left of the portrait appears the mint mark 'Mo' above the date '2010', and the denomination '$5' is inscribed to the right. The subject's name 'VENUSTIANO CARRANZA' curves along the lower portion of the centre field. The stainless steel outer ring carries the legend 'CENTENARIO DE LA REVOLUCIÓN' along the upper arc and 'MÉXICO 2010' along the lower arc, separated by small circular ornaments.
