| Obverse description | Orange and brown intaglio note with a portrait of Francisco del Rosario Sánchez at right, his name lettered below the vignette. The national coat of arms occupies the centre against a multicolour guilloche underprint, flanked by a circular bank seal at left and a spray of yellow flowers, while two signature lines — Gobernador del Banco Central and Secretario de Estado de Finanzas — appear below the serial number.
