Reverse description Printed in gray-brown tones, the reverse is dominated by an elaborate lathe-work guilloche of interlocking spirals and floral rosettes arranged symmetrically across the full width of the note. The bank name "BANCO DE SONORA" is set in bold serif lettering within a central cartouche, flanked on each side by circular denomination counters bearing the numeral 5. The American Bank Note Co., New-York imprint appears at the lower center margin.
