Reverse description A three-quarter right-facing bust portrait of Andrés Molina Enríquez, agrarian reformer and intellectual, occupies the aluminium-bronze centre, rendered in high sculpted relief. The denomination $5 appears to the left of the portrait, with the Mexico City mint mark 'Mo' and the date 2009 to the right. The subject's name ANDRÉS MOLINA ENRÍQUEZ is inscribed in a curved legend below the bust within the centre. The stainless-steel ring carries the commemorative inscription CENTENARIO DE LA REVOLUCIÓN arcing across the upper field, with MÉXICO 2010 along the lower periphery, referencing the centenary celebration year.
