| Obverse description | Multicolour note with a central vignette of an industrial harbour or factory complex rendered in fine intaglio engraving, flanked on the left by a seated gaucho figure with rope and livestock. A decorative oval guilloche medallion appears at the right. The heading reads 'BANCO PROVINCIAL DE SANTA FÉ' in bold letterpress above the central scene, with the date 'Rosario, Enero 1° de 1882' and serial number field at upper centre.
