Obverse description Dark blue intaglio print over a multicolour guilloche underprint. Central vignette presents a front-facing portrait of Lucius Annaeus Seneca the Younger (Córdoba, 4 BC – Rome, 65 AD), framed by elaborate geometric and floral ornamental designs. Denomination and issuing authority inscriptions are arranged around the vignette, with facsimile signature lines for the Governor, Comptroller, and Cashier.
