Banco de Kamberra is a private fantasy issuer operating out of France, producing limited-edition art notes sold as collectibles rather than any form of legal tender. The "Numisma" denomination exists nowhere in any monetary system — it is the issuer's own invented unit, borrowed from the Greek root for coin. These pieces circulate only among novelty collectors and are printed in small numbered runs.
Franck Medina is a French graphic artist known within the fantasy banknote community for detailed intaglio-style design work, though the notes are offset-printed rather than engraved.
