Reverse description The reverse displays a bold, large five-pointed star (the Seal of Solomon, emblem of the Moroccan sultanate) occupying nearly the entire field, rendered in double-incised lines with a pentagonal inner space at its centre. Within the central pentagon, the Arabic denomination inscription is arranged in two lines of calligraphic script. The field between the star's points is plain, and the whole design is contained within a raised rim. The composition is austere and heraldic, reflecting the official emblematic tradition of the Alaoui dynasty.
