Obverse description Central device composed of four interlaced scrolled loops arranged symmetrically in a cruciform pattern, creating an ornate geometric design. The legend SUOMEN TASAVALTA (Republic of Finland) curves along the upper periphery. The date appears in the lower field, flanked on either side by a small raised dot serving as a divider. The design is executed in a modernist graphic style with clean incuse lines defining the interlocking motif.
