| Obverse description | Blue letterpress note with a fine guilloche underprint across the entire field. Two allegorical figures flank a central cartouche: at left, a male industrial worker resting his arm on machinery, and at right, a female figure in classical dress holding a cornucopia and a steering wheel, both rendered in a bold Art Nouveau vignette style. The denomination numeral '5' appears at the top centre within a decorative roundel, with the text 'Gutschein / Fünf Mark' in large Gothic blackletter script dominating the cartouche, followed by the issuer's name, date of issue, and a validity notice at lower right. A red serial number with a small ornamental star device appears at lower left, accompanied by two lines of facsimile signatures. |
