Reverse description The reverse is printed entirely in terracotta-orange on a pale lavender ground, with an elaborate symmetrical guilloche engine-turned design filling the entire field. A large lobed central medallion encloses a dense lathe-work pattern from which a bold white 'M' monogram rises in relief. The border is composed of fine repetitive ornamental bands with corner cartouches, with no denomination numerals or text inscriptions present.
