Wer Gutscheine nachmacht oder verfälscht oder nachgemachte oder verfälschte Gutscheine sich verschafft und in Verkehr bringt, wird mit Zuchthaus nicht unter 2 Jahren bestraft. |
| Reverse description | Olive-green reverse built around a large lathe-work guilloche rosette with a bold numeral "5" as an underprint at its centre, over which the denomination "Fünf Mark" is printed in dark green Fraktur script. The numeral "5" appears in each of the four corners, and a serial number in red is printed at the top margin. A multi-line redemption clause in small Fraktur type at the foot states that the note loses validity one month after the Saxon Ministry of the Interior orders withdrawal of such municipal vouchers, as published in the Sächsische Staatszeitung and the Leipziger Zeitung. |
