A central oval vignette, framed by an intricate rope-and-scroll border, presents a detailed engraved view of the Breslau Rathaus (City Hall) with its distinctive Gothic spires and tower. Two horizontal bands of interlaced guilloche pattern cross the field at mid-height. Diamond-shaped cartouches bearing the city arms of Breslau are positioned in the lower left and lower right corners.
