| Obverse description | Letterpress-printed notgeld on light blue paper within an ornate black guilloche border with decorative foliate corners; the heading "Gutschein. Gültig im Bezirke der Amtshauptmannschaft Kamenz" runs across the upper field in blackletter script. The denomination "Fünf Mark" occupies the central register in large blackletter type, flanked by two circular medallions each carrying the numeral "5" over "Mark". The lower portion bears the issue text dated Kamenz, 15. November 1918, the embossed official seal of the K.S. Amtshauptmannschaft Kamenz, two manuscript signatures above the printed titles "Amtshauptmann" and "Kassierer", and the printer's imprint at foot. |
