| Obverse description | Brown-toned Notgeld gutschein printed on plain paper with an ornate letterpress border composed of repeating guilloche rosette panels and numeral '5' corner devices. The centre carries the denomination 'Fünf Mark' in large Gothic blackletter script, beneath the heading 'Gutschein' and the validity clause 'Gültig im Bezirke der Stadt Zwickau.' A faint circular underprint vignette appears behind the central text. The lower portion bears the issue date 'Zwickau, am 11.
