Reverse description Central field occupied by the Imperial German eagle displayed, with wings spread and head turned to the right, surmounted by the Imperial crown. The breast of the eagle bears an inescutcheon depicting the Bremen coat of arms. Crossed swords and an ornate Order chain with a central medallion are suspended below the eagle. The upper legend DEUTSCHES REICH flanks the eagle with the date 1906 to the right, while the denomination FÜNF MARK appears in the lower arc, all enclosed within a beaded border.
