Wer Reichs-Kassen-Scheine nachmacht oder verfälscht, oder
nachgemachte, oder verfälschte
Reichs-Kassen-Scheine wissentlich in Verkehr bringt, wird nach §§.
146 bis 149 des Straf-
gesetzbuchs vom 15. Mai 1871 bestraft.
Wertlos (Translation: Imperial Treasury Note. Law of 30 April 1874. Five Mark. Imperial Debt Administration. Whoever counterfeits or falsifies Imperial Treasury Notes, or knowingly puts counterfeit or falsified Imperial Treasury Notes into circulation, shall be punished according to §§. 146 to 149 of the Criminal Code of May 15, 1871.
