Reverse description A large intaglio vignette spanning the full width of the note illustrates the Battle of Trinidad of 11 November 1827, rendered as a dramatic two-part battle scene with cavalry and infantry in close combat on the left rendered in monochrome engraving, transitioning to a colour vignette of combatants on the right. A titled cartouche at the lower centre identifies the scene, with the denomination 'CINCO LEMPIRAS' in letterpress to the lower right. The printer's imprint appears in the lower right margin.
