The central field carries a fine multicolour guilloche rosette underprint in green and pink tones, over which the Albanian-language value inscription 'NJI FRANK AR' is printed in large serif letters. A bilingual cautionary legend against counterfeiting appears below the central vignette, with the printer's imprint at the foot. |
