Obverse description The obverse reproduces in full color the design of Georgia's first postage stamp issued in 1919, rendered in deep blue with white detailing in the distinctive style of early Georgian philatelic art. At the center, within a circular medallion framed by an intricate interlaced ornamental border characteristic of Georgian decorative tradition, a mounted horseman gallops to the right, surrounded by stylized stars and celestial motifs. The Latin legend LA GEORGIE appears in the upper field, while the Georgian script საქართველოს რესპუბლიკა (Republic of Georgia) and the denomination კაპეიკი (Kopek) are inscribed in the lower register. The numeral 10 appears in boxed cartouches at the lower left and lower right corners of the stamp design. The entire composition is enclosed within a perforated border faithfully reproducing the serrated edge of the original postage stamp, and three additional stamp designs in orange, green, and red are partially visible to the right.

Reverse description The reverse is struck in plain silver with a frosted and mirror-polished proof finish, designed to evoke the reverse of a sealed postal envelope. Diagonal fold lines radiate from a central wax-seal motif bearing the denomination 5ლ (5 Lari) within an octagonal cartouche, creating a distinctive cross pattern across the field. A dotted representation of the map of Georgia occupies the upper central field. Along the left edge, the commemorative dates 1919–2019 are inscribed vertically, while the Georgian denomination ხუთი ლარი (Five Lari) runs vertically along the right edge. The country name საქართველო in Georgian script and GEORGIA in Latin letters are inscribed in the lower central field, flanked by stylized wave ornaments. The entire reverse is bordered by a simulated perforation pattern consistent with the stamp theme.
