Obverse description Central shield bearing the quartered arms of Salzburg and Austria, surmounted by a bishop's mitre and an archiepiscopal cross, with a crossed crozier and sword behind the shield. A small inescutcheon at the center of the shield displays the imperial eagle. The composition is rendered in a Baroque heraldic style typical of late 18th-century ecclesiastical coinage.
