Obverse description Circular note composed entirely of intricate guilloche lathe-work radiating from a central vignette bearing the numeral '5' in ornate script, enclosed within a decorative cartouche. The word 'KORONA' is inscribed in a curved banner across the lower portion of the central medallion. The entire design field is filled with dense, symmetrical engine-turned patterns incorporating stylized foliate and scroll motifs executed in dark ink on pale grey paper.
Obverse lettering 5 KORONA
Reverse description Circular note with an elaborate guilloche underprint radiating outward in concentric layers of fine lathe-work from a central vignette bearing the Hungarian Royal coat of arms — the horizontally striped field and apostolic double cross on a green hill — rendered in detailed intaglio. The surrounding engine-turned pattern of interlocking scrolls and lace-like geometric rosettes fills the entire note surface, framed by a scalloped outer border.
