Obverse description Central circle of beads encloses a trident, closed crescent, and dagger as the primary devices, with a Devanagari legend reading 'Kori Paanch' (Five Kori) and the Vikram Samvat date 1938 arranged within. The outer field, between the inner bead circle and the coin's rim, carries a Devanagari inscription reading 'Maharaja Dhiraj Mirza Maharao Shri Khengarji Bahadur Kutch Bhuj,' identifying the reigning ruler. This variety (Y#37.7) is distinguished by a noticeably wider space between the inner circle and the lettering enclosed within it. The overall design follows the established format for Kutch princely coinage of the period, combining regal titulature with traditional Kutchi heraldic symbols.
