Obverse description Central circle containing Devanagari legend in multiple lines reading the denomination, mint name (Kutch Bhuj), and Vikram Samvat date, surrounded by an elaborate floral and foliate border with scrolling acanthus-style motifs. The outer border is enclosed by a dentilated rim. A circumferential Devanagari legend outside the central circle records the full titles of the ruler Maharaja Dhiraj Mirza Maharao Shri Khengarji Sawai Bahadur.
