Obverse description Square klippe flan with a circular raised field. A highly detailed facade of the newly consecrated Salzburg Cathedral (Dom) is depicted in the center, rendered in fine relief with its characteristic twin towers and central dome prominently visible. Two episcopal figures, likely saints, flank the cathedral facade on either side. The date 1628 appears within the architectural composition. Below the cathedral, the arms of Archbishop Paris von Lodron are displayed in a shield within the lower field. The circular legend surrounding the design reads: ECCLES METROP SALISB DEDICATVR 25 SEPT A PARIDE ARCHIE 1628.
