Reverse description The reverse displays a detailed depiction of the tsymbaly, a traditional Ukrainian hammered dulcimer, rendered in fine relief across the brass centre, shown in three-quarter perspective with its characteristic trapezoidal soundboard, multiple strings, and two beaters resting across the strings. The copper-nickel ring is decorated with dense, flowing acanthus-style foliate ornament in high relief, framing the central instrument motif. The Cyrillic inscription 'ЦИМБАЛИ' arcs across the upper portion of the brass centre in a bold calligraphic script, serving as the instrument's identifier.
