| Obverse description | The obverse features a stylized compositional design divided diagonally, with two ornamental plant branches bearing leaves extending across the field. At the top, the country name УКРАЇНА flanks the small Ukrainian trident coat of arms, with the date 2020 split to either side. The denomination 5 ГРИВЕНЬ is prominently rendered in the upper-central field. Flanking the central branch motif are two multi-line inscriptions in Cyrillic: to the left, КНИГИ БУТТЯ УКРАЇНСЬКОГО НАРОДУ, and to the right, СТАТУТ СЛОВ'ЯНСЬКОГО БРАТСТВА СВ.
