| Obverse description | A finely modelled pastoral scene occupies the central field, depicting a peasant farmer in traditional Albanian dress striding to the right, guiding a wooden plough drawn by two oxen. The composition conveys vigorous forward movement and rustic vitality in the Italian medallic tradition. Below the exergue line, the engravers' signatures appear: A. MOTTI INC. to the left and G. ROMAGNOLI to the right. The denomination FR.5 is inscribed in large characters at the bottom of the field, flanked by the mint mark R to the left and the date 1926 to the right. The bilingual legend SHQIPNI / ALBANIA arcs across the upper field. |

| Reverse description | A bold, unadorned effigy of Ahmed Zogu (Amet Zogu) in bare-headed right-facing profile dominates the field, rendered in high relief in a clean, modernist medallic style characteristic of Italian engravers of the 1920s. The portrait emphasises strong facial features and neatly combed hair, with the neck truncation visible at the lower centre. The legend AMET ZOGU curves around the upper periphery of the coin, distributed on both sides of the portrait. |
