Obverse description	The obverse depicts a frontal view of the Palazzo della Ragioneria Generale dello Stato in Rome, rendered in fine relief with its classical colonnaded facade and ornate pediment surmounted by a sculptural group. In the foreground, two flagpoles display colorized flags of the Italian Republic (green, white and red tricolor) and the European Union (blue field with gold stars), adding a striking polychrome accent to the composition. The legend REPUBBLICA ITALIANA is inscribed in two arcs, with REPUBBLICA along the upper border and ITALIANA along the lower border of the coin.
