Reverse description The reverse features an abstract modern design composed of clusters of raised spherical dots of varying sizes, arranged across the field to evoke a sense of movement and celebration, commemorating 60 years of peace and liberation since the end of World War II. The legend VREDE 60 JAAR (Peace 60 Years) is inscribed to the left of the design, with the date 2005 and denomination 5 € also present in the field. The overall composition, designed by Suzan Drummen, employs a dynamic, pointillist aesthetic symbolic of freedom and renewal.
