| Reverse description | The reverse presents a colorized composition featuring a flute of Prosecco and a plate of Granseola (Venetian spider crab) in the foreground, with a gondola and the Rialto Bridge rendered in the background amid stylized wave motifs. The circular legend 'REPUBBLICA ITALIANA' runs along the upper border, while the regional inscription 'VENETO' appears in the central field to the right. The engraver's signature 'M. BONIFACIO' is positioned in the lower left portion of the field. The use of applied color highlights the culinary and scenic elements, characteristic of this 'Sapori d'Italia' collector series. |

| Additional information |
Part of Italy's ongoing "Eccellenze Italiane" series celebrating regional food and wine culture, this issue honors two products rooted in the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions — Prosecco DOC and the granseola, the spider crab harvested from the northern Adriatic. The Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato has been running this collector-focused series since 2017, producing low-mintage pieces aimed squarely at the thematic coin market rather than circulation. Prosecco received its DOC status in 1969 and was elevated to DOCG for the Conegliano Valdobbiadene subzone in 2009.
