| Obverse description | Facing portrait of King Sobhuza II at center, depicted wearing traditional Swazi regalia including a feathered headdress and beaded necklace, engraved in high relief against a deeply mirrored proof field. The legend KINGDOM OF SWAZILAND arcs along the upper periphery, while the royal name SOBHUZA II is inscribed in relief along the lower portion of the coin. The scalloped border with eight notches frames the design throughout. |
