Reverse description Elaborate quartered episcopal coat of arms surmounted by a bishop's mitre and flanked by a crozier and processional cross, all enclosed within an ermine-lined princely mantle topped by a crown. The complex heraldic shield incorporates the arms of the Bishopric of Breslau and the Schaffgotsch family. The date 17-48 is divided across the lower field. The surrounding Latin legend EPISC WRATISLA PR NISS ET DUX GROTTKO records the bishop's full ecclesiastical and secular titles.
