Obverse description Within a beaded inner circle, the Virgin Mary and Child are depicted enthroned above the quartered arms of the Schlick family, flanked by the figures of St. Anne on either side, all three figures nimbed with radiate haloes in the Baroque devotional style. The family shield, richly detailed with heraldic charges, occupies the lower central field. The surrounding circular legend reads the count's name and title, with the date 1649 appearing at the base of the inner circle.

Reverse description Within a beaded inner circle, a large crowned double-headed imperial eagle is displayed with wings spread, each head surmounted by a separate crown beneath a third overarching imperial crown, the breast charged with an ornate escutcheon bearing the arms of the Holy Roman Empire. The eagle fills the field in the grand Baroque imperial style. The surrounding legend names Emperor Ferdinand III with his titles, with mintmaster's initials appearing in the lower field.
