| Obverse description | Right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, diademed and draped, after the portrait by Ian Rank-Broadley, whose initials IRB appear below the truncation. The legend SAMOA arcs above along the upper rim, while the denomination 5 DOLLARS is inscribed at the lower right of the field. The Samoan coat of arms appears in the lower centre of the field, between the portrait and the denomination. |

The inscription GOLDEN FLOWER COLLECTION curves along the upper rim, with 1 OZ .999 FINE SILVER inscribed beneath it. The name WATER LILY appears in script below the gilded bloom, accompanied by a small stylised leaf mintmark to its right. The date 2022 is inscribed along the lower rim. |
