Reverse description The reverse presents a heraldic bald eagle displayed at center, its wings spread and body facing forward, clutching a draped American flag in its talons. The eagle's breast bears a shield inscribed 'U.S. MARSHAL', serving as the central armorial element of the composition. A ribbon banner held in the eagle's talons carries the national motto 'E PLURIBUS UNUM'. The surrounding legend reads 'UNITED STATES OF AMERICA' along the upper periphery, with the Service values 'JUSTICE INTEGRITY SERVICE' arched below, and the denomination '$5' appearing in the lower field. The design was engraved by Don Everhart in a richly detailed, sculptural style characteristic of modern United States Mint commemorative issues.
