| Obverse description | The obverse features the national coat of arms of Palau rendered in high relief at centre, depicting a crowned Neptune seated and holding a trident, accompanied by a mermaid, with a treasure chest and marine flora in the lower field, all within a shield-shaped cartouche adorned with floral decoration.
