| Obverse description | Central field displays the coat of arms of Palau within an ornate shield-shaped cartouche bordered by floral and coral motifs, depicting a crowned Neptune seated and holding a trident, accompanied by a mermaid, with a crescent moon and star above and ocean waves below.
