| Obverse description | The obverse features the right-facing crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, engraved by Raphael David Maklouf, depicting the Queen wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, a pearl necklace, and drop earrings. The portrait is rendered in fine detail against a deeply mirrored proof field, with the Queen's curled hair and draped shoulders finely modelled.
