| Obverse description | Diademed and draped right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II occupies the central field, encircled by an ornate geometric patterned ring bearing alternating Cyrillic element inscriptions (воздух, вода, огонь, земля). An outer ring displays all twelve zodiac signs in relief with their Latin names, arranged in a horoscope-wheel format against a polished black field. Below the portrait appear the mint mark (ММД), the fineness mark Ag925, and the denomination FIVE DOLLARS, with the flag of Tokelau depicted beneath.
