| Obverse description | A detailed high-relief depiction of the Colosseum occupies the upper portion of the field, rendered in antiqued finish with fine architectural detail across its arched facades. In the lower center, the right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II appears in smaller scale, based on the Ian Rank-Broadley portrait.
