| Reverse description | The reverse features a high-quality full-color reproduction of the central figure of Jesus Christ from Leonardo da Vinci's celebrated mural 'The Last Supper' (c. 1495–1498), printed directly onto the rectangular silver surface. Christ is depicted seated at a table, wearing a red robe and blue mantle, with his right hand raised in a gesture of blessing or speech, and surrounded by fragments of the table setting and flanking apostles. The background reproduces the architectural elements and landscape visible through the window in da Vinci's original composition. The coloring is vivid and faithful to the restored mural, applied via pad printing over the mirror-polished silver field. No legends or inscriptions appear on the reverse. |
