Reverse description The reverse displays a boldly rendered proof-quality depiction of Emil of Lönneberga, the mischievous young protagonist from Astrid Lindgren's beloved children's books, shown in full figure running energetically to the left, wearing his characteristic cap, loose shirt, and buckled shoes. The illustration is executed in the distinctive style of the original artwork by Björn Berg, rendered in high relief against a deeply mirrored field. The legend EMIL I LÖNNEBERGA arcs prominently along the upper rim in large capital letters. The copyright notice ©BJÖRN BERG appears in small lettering at the lower centre of the field.
