Reverse description A boldly rendered, high-relief ox is depicted in a three-quarter facing stance, front legs raised in a dynamic pose, occupying the central field of the reverse. Stalks of bamboo are shown to the left and right of the figure, rendered in fine incuse detail against the satin-finished background. To the upper right, the Chinese character 牛 (ox) is prominently displayed, accompanied by the Latin inscription OX and the date 2021 below it. The Perth Mint's 'P' mintmark appears in the lower left field, and the designer's initials IJ are present. The composition reflects the artistic style of Perth Mint's Lunar Series III, blending East Asian iconographic tradition with Western bullion coin craftsmanship.
